Dear Friends in Illinois Yearly Meeting (ILYM)

The next ILYM Semi-Annual Workday will be Saturday, Sept 7, 2013. Please save the date and join us for the day. Other committees are welcome to propose areas to work on as well. Come enjoy working with Friends as we maintain the ILYM 12-acre campus. We really need everyone's help even if for just a day. Any skill level is welcome. We will be doing pruning, cleaning, finishing the cabins, and putting up wall siding in the junior meeting house.

When: Saturday, September 7, 2013, 9am to 5:30pm (followed by clean up and dinner at 6pm)
You are also welcome to come Friday afternoon or stay Saturday night to enjoy the grounds.

Lodging: Tents, Cabins, and Rooms in Clear Creek House. Advance
registration recommended for Cabins or Rooms - please contact Diane

Child care: Child care will be available on Saturday. If anyone would
like to help provide Childcare, please let Diane know.

Food: Please bring a dish to share for lunch; dinner will provided Sat. night. If anyone would like to help in the Kitchen, please let Diane know.
